After growing up in Lexington, Kentucky, Bethany attended the United States Naval Academy, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in chemistry. She spent seven years as a Nuclear Engineering Officer in the Navy. Although she really enjoyed interacting with her fellow sailors, she wanted to further her education and pursue her degree in the nurse practitioner field. Bethany then relocated to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University, where she received her Master of Science in nursing. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Bethany has always been interested in orthopedics and decided to learn more about the industry and practice. She enjoys working with her clients to help them achieve their best state of health, relieve symptoms by recommending the best treatment methods for each individual, and practicing the most up-to-date, evidence-based techniques.
